The Web addresses are excellent. I don’t like to surf the Web, so exact links and addresses are a real help. I also liked the Thanksgiving Trivia.More people should know why Canadian Thanksgiving is earlier than the American version.

Nutrition for Kids

The ideas for children to pack and choose their own lunches made for a great little article. I’d like to see more information aimed at young people. It is so important to empower our children to eat well and to enrich their limited knowledge of nutrition.

Is Canada's Food Safe?

I liked the food safety article that emphasized how well our system really does work.We’ve heard so many negative comments in the media that it is nice to read something positive and factual. I also loved the gift basket ideas, and please keep profiling those Alberta success stories!
