Yogurt Pops

"This is the perfect treat for hot summer days!" says recipe creator Heather Alaverdy.  "Orange juice and vanilla yogurt is a great combination - experiment to find your fave."  Pineapple juice concentrate and raspberry yogurt is a good flavour combo, too.

Ingredients

3 cups (750 mL) plain or flavoured yogurt
1 can (12.5 oz/355 mL) frozen juice concentrate, thawed
1/3 cup (75 mL) liquid honey
1 tbsp (15 mL) vanilla

Preparation

In medium bowl, mix yogurt, juice concentrate, honey and vanilla.  Pour into 3 oz/6 tbsp paper cups, filling 2/3 full.  Freeze for 1 hour.  When almost frozen, insert wooden stir sticks.  When completely frozen, peel off paper and enjoy.
