In addition placing second in the Alberta Barley Commission’s baking contest, a SAIT culinary arts student, the aptly named Marnie Fudge, also took a runner-up spot in the 2008 Jif Peanut Butter Baking contest. Delicious and wow-worthy, this recipe is surprisingly easy and quick to make. Try it at home.
