Butter It Up!Before you know it Taber corn will be popping up at backyard barbecue’s and on picnic tables across Valgardson’s Grilled Corn with Garlic Dill Butter ½ cup (125 ml) butter, softened 3 tbsp. (45 mL) chopped fresh dill weed 3 cloves garlic minced 6 fresh ears Taber corn with husks Stir together first three ingredients. Cover and chill for eight hours. Remove husks from corn. Grill corn on lightly greased BBQ rack over medium heat for about 10 minutes or until corn is tender, turning occasionally. Serve with garlic dill butter.
