Appetizer MagicHumble, yet heavenly hummusHummus is a terrific dip for those who want protein and fibre without the fat. You can make this the night before and store it in the fridge in a sealed container for up to 3 days. For a quick lunch, add pita wedges and cut fresh vegetables. This recipe makes enough to share with friends. 1 regular sized can chickpeas, rinsed and drained Put all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Store in airtight container in fridge.
