Recipe correction:  If you're ready to use your leftovers in the recipe called Turkey Casserole Supreme on page 21 of the Fall 2003 issue of Food for Thought, please note you need to add 1/2 cup of either turkey or chicken stock to the mixture. Add in the broth, when you add the cream, and follow the other directions accordingly.
