Looking for the Next Issue

Can you tell us when the next issue comes out and where it will be available? I’ve only seen two issues and then by accident while leaving a supermarket.
J. Underwood – Calgary

Basil for Keeps

Just so happens I had a whole lot of leftover fresh basil in the fridge that I was afraid I had to throw away… again. Your drying techniques article really helped me out and the rest of the magazine was great for fresh new ideas.
C. Manz – Calgary

Seniors Enjoy Food for Thought

I loved the Web links that were recommended. As an activities convenor in a geriatric program, it was great to access so much info with a few free items to use for activity prizes and some great posters to put up around the unit. They brought a few smiles and chuckles to my clients.
S. Milligan – Edson

OOPS

In our last edition (Spring 2003) we made a couple of errors and an omission. We extend our sincere apology for any inconvenience these may have caused. For the record, please note:

  • The farmer quoted in the article, Who’s Taking Care, is Ken Farion, not Sarion.
  • The chef at the Eco Café in Pigeon Lake is Tim Wood, not Tim Cook. You can experience Wood’s culinary creativity by calling for a reservation at 780-586-2627.
  • For our gardening gurus (and BBQ fans) we neglected to point out there is a wealth of information in many books published by Holes. In fact, the BBQ recipes in the last issue came from Holes. Make a point of visiting holesonline.com to find out what’s available and where you can find Holes’ publications.
